Apply appropriate patch.Download patch from metalink.

Check for System Considerations and Requirements
Install the Release 10.2 Oracle Software
Install the Latest Available Patch Set Release and Any Required Patches
Run the Pre-Upgrade Information Tool
Run the Oracle Net Configuration Assistant
Upgrade the Database Using the Database Upgrade Assistant
