May be your right the question is asked by HR but when you know little bit about oracle then you must give him answer it is smiply not possible.
and ask him (hr) one question...
how maintain company payroll with HR dept ?
The reason is: HR is not technical guy that is why he doesn't know importance of software. it is thought in normal way not in technically.
