| i m nt able to create data dictionary managed tablespaces.its giving me error that it cant create it.please help me out. |

hello,
the error is ora-12913
i have checked this error out.
if d system is locally managed then it cant create a dictionary managed tablespace.
still i would like to know if there is any other option or not.
