Friends,
When I am trying to create a tablespace with dictionary managment I was not able to create I was getting error message...
error : ora-12913
May be because my system tablespace is locally managed .....
and if yes in which situation I can make some tablespace Local and some tablespace with Dictionary Extent Management....
And is their any way with which we can change our Locally manage system tablespace to Dictionary Manage tablespace.....

Hi,
If your system tablespace is locally managed in that case you cann't create any other tablespace with extent management dictionary.
if your system tablespace is dictionary managed in that case you can create locally or dictionary managed tablespaces, and in future also you can migrate these from dictionary to local & local to dictionary.
DBMS_SPACE_ADMIN.TABLESPACE_MIGRATE_TO_LOCAL('TABLESPACE_NAME')
or
DBMS_SPACE_ADMIN.TABLESPACE_MIGRATE_FROM_LOCAL('TABLESPACE_NAME')
Once you have converted your system tablespace into local then it can not be converted into dictionary managed tablespace again.
