 Hi, Iam implementing dataguard(10G).and it is working fine and applying logs synchronously on standby database.
primary->complete instance
standby->only database(no EBS)
My problem is if switchover/fail over comes standby becomes primary at the same time i have to provide EBS access with new primary database. what kind of steps i have to apply? Can you please advice me, How to redirect the users to new primary database.

Note:implementing physical standby database and its not RAC
waiting for reply........

Thanks
sreeharsha.
