what is the real time use of log_archive_max_processes,
log_archive_dest_1.
how DBA's use this 2 parameters? under which situations?

There is no real time or normal time conditions for this parameter.
log_archive_process parameter is use for increase archivelog process.
log_archive_dest_1 parameter is use for define archivelog file destination.
