I dont want to login / as sysdba to my database, I want to login only through sys, what I need to do.

just change NTS to NONE.
in sqlnet.ora file
sqlnet.authentication_services=NONE

Create ORADBA group and use operating system login id. Assign same group to same userid and modify remote_login_passwordfile=NONE this is best solution.
