Neeraj,
It is very famous error. ORA-01555 which your getting.
did you try to search on google.?
It is not related to TEMP tablespace.
increase UNDO tablespace size or set properly undo_retention parameter.
just search on google for ORA-01555

hai , first to be very clear , snap shot too old error ie) 0ra1555 error doesnt caused by temp file , this is the error msg caused by undo tablespace , when it affects the read consistancy it will throw this error , what u have to do is simply increase the size of the undo tablespae either by resize or u can add a datafile to the undo tablespace . this is the more relevant resolution.

i have mentioned that i dont have size on my disk.so cant increse unto tablespcae.
my temp tablespace has occupied all size, so i need to recreate or resize temp file, so i can hav some space on my disk then i can increase undotablespace.
so i just want to know how to make new temp or resize temp tablespace ?
setp by step.
