| how many no. of segments are created in rollback tablespace during database creation. |

Oracle creates one rollback segment in system tablespace by default and ten (10) segments in undo tablespace.

You can verify it by beloow queries.
select distinct segment_type from dba_segments
select * from dba_segments
where segment_type='ROLLBACK'
select * from dba_segments
where segment_type='TYPE2 UNDO'
