I wanna data daily at specified time from ftp server and then loaded into oracle database What I need to do?
If anybody have procedure(or documentation) let me know ASAP. |

First you need to transfer your files from ftp server to your DB Server using windows batchfile / shell script.You can autimate this task using cron.
Once file transfer is complete,You can load data into Oracle using sql*loader.

Thanks buddy But we don't hav SQL*loader and Can u explain abt batch file to get the data from FTP server for particular data. and then load into the target table in oracle 9i

1. Please next time use proper TOPIC TITLE.
2. What do you mean by You don't have SQL*LOADER.
Did YOu have Oracle Server Installation.?
3. Just search on google for FTP example.
