I have a little question .
In my Oracle10g database , I run RMAN script for backup purpose daily .For testing purpose I have to delete HR user . Now I cannot return back HR user when I 'restore database' from the RMAN backup ?

When we take physical backup then only physical recovery available like datafile, controlfile and redo log file. Schema name and table name are logical identifier in database.
When we take logical backup like export/data pump then it is possible table level recovery and schema level recovery.
