hi ,
i am new to this blog..and i am preparing for OCA.but i need to know the scope of the two streams in OCP (ie) Developer and DBA

DBA is responsible for
Installation, configuration and upgradation of Oracle Database
Physical database design
Backup and recovery
Performance tuning
User Administration
Database Security
While developers creates applications using Pl/SQL,Forms and reports,Scripting Languages..They also have knowledge about Logical database design,Normalizations,Er Diagrams,Data Modeling..etc.

opportunities are always there. You need to take appropriate steps to grab the opportunity.Just upload your resume to all major job sites and prepare very well for interviews.

i need to know the scope of those two streams in job line and also i need to know wheteher it is possible to do the certification in both so that it will help in our carrier.

Job chances are equal in each stream so certification in both will not help you.You need to be focused on any of one stream initially.
