Searching from google it is very best option before asking any question in any forum. First we should search and check we are getting our answer or not. If we are not getting any good web page regarding our problem then we should ask question in FORUM.

I agree with Murtuja,
But It is much better if we search first on Oracle Forums before GOOGLE.
becuase almost every question related to oracle we can find with solution easily in oracle OTN forums.
