Take export from the one system.
Transfer DMP file to another system (in unix you can use scp,ftp command or Winscp tool)
and start import.

you may use network export/import ....... but it is time consuming
so take dump (impdp/imp) from source machine
coppy that dump into destination machine
and finally import (imp/impdp) that dump

Please take care of Oracle version during export/import. You can't import in lower version when you exported from upper version.
