I know this is beta software, but it looks like there is
a fundamental issue with using this application in a Windows
environment. The Listnener test in the database.php file
assumes that the grep command can be used. This test never
passes on a windows machine, therefore the status light
always appears as red even though the listener is fine.
Please advise.

The current version of oramon is not supported on windows. It is for Linux only.
We are lunching new version of oramon for Windows and Linux some time next week.

Hello,
for windows you can download all unix tools here:
http://unxutils.sourceforge.net
And put the path in your general path.
