Plz anyone guide me that how any dml command or procedure repeated after some defining period e.g. 5 minute, in oracle 9i?
actually, i am working on attendance module, in which i want to collect data from external table and then insert or update record data in database.

Use DBMS_JOB or create schedule task using operating system.
