Hi,
Can anyone tell me from where can i download dummy database for my Oracle database which contains lot of tables, indexes etc... |

You can use inbuilt scott and HR schema for testing purpose.It's difficult to get database as per your requirement.

And there is nothing like DUMMY DATABASE.
you should ask about SCHEMAS not databases.
for SCHEMAS then above mentioned link which create lots of SCHEMAS in your database with TABLES and other objects.
