Hi,
You can do using VMWare.
Install VMWare
http://www.petri.co.il/virtual_install_vmware_server.htm
So you have two virtual servers.

Hi Githesh,
It's possible to install vmware on windows also.
VMware Server will only run on Intel machines. The host operating system can be Windows or Linux. This article assumes you are using a Windows XP machine as the host operating system.

why to install a separate application again.
Go create a virtual IP on your Linux box and then do dataguard.
root]# ifconfig eth0:1 192.168.1.8 up
that's it .
