Hai,
I want to export particular data from a table (ex. Ename='Sangit'. I used query option in Export. But it is giving following error.
ORA-00904 - 'sangit' invalid identified. If I given deptno=10. no error. that means how to query strings.
Can any one help me.

Can use show us complete command which you use
or USE caps lock for SANGIT.

The complete command is
exp user1/user1 file emp.dmp log=emp.log tables=emp \ query \ 'where ename='sangit' \'
