Hi,
i want to clearify sthng;
when i start the Oracle Service first, and then the TNS service i cant connect to database.
After restarting the Oracle Service then i can connect to database.
what is the reason for that and how can i pass this unnecessary Restart of the db.

error msg is "tns could not reserve the service name", i will post the error code when i m @ home.
