using synonym emp (base table employee) , i create trigger bef_emp_sy.
after creating trigger , i drop synonymn . now what is status of trigger (valid or invalid)..
it show valid in user_objects data dictionary.is it correct....

Synonym is just like pointer only. Actually it hide the name and identity of Table segment.
When you are creating trigger using same synonym that time trigger point out the synonym but while you dropped synonym it automatically point out the table segment which is origin.
This scenario like when you rename table that time reference of new table automatically is taken effect by triggers.
