Hi ,
suppose i have 90 GB data.
if i take Logical Backup how much time to take that?
if i take Hot backup how much time to take that?

Well, it depends on your system/database performance. I have a Sun E420 4U on NAS, and for 100 GB hot backup it takes around 4-5 hrs.
