Hi
My Statspack reports that data dictionary is accessed very ferquently, can you help me out why it is being accessed very frequently.

Do you have your major tablespaces of Dictionary type?

you might have low size of shared pool or you haven't pinned large pl/sql objects or objects definations are frequently changed so invalidated.
