 Hi All

I was trying to kill some useless server process on SUN Solaris (SPARC 64). after that, when i was trying to connect to server using telnet from windows command prompt , i got the following error.

could not open connection to the host, on port 23 : connection failed

is there any particular process that i need to restart ???

how can i resolve this issue??
