We have changed IP address of our server to 10.145.16.3 We have also changed IP of tnsnames & host file in client PC & tnsnames.ora, listener.ora & host file in server.
1. When we are going to start server the folllowing messages appears:-
Starting /oracle/m01/app/oracle/product/8.1.7/network/admin/listener.ora
Log messages written to /oracle/m01/app/oracle/product/8.1.7/network/log/listener.log
Listening on: (Description=(address=(protocol=ipc)(key=extproc)))
Attempt to listen on:(description=(address=(protocol=TCP)(Host=10.145.16.3)(port=1521)))
TNS-12545: Connect failed because target host or object does not exist.
TNS-12560: Protocol adaptor error
TNS-00515: Connect failed because target host or object does not exist.
Linux error:99 : cannot asign requested address.
2. At the client PC system showing message "Incorrect username/password; logon denied"
what to do please help.
