When I try to install Oracle 11g and after I get to the "Specify Inventory directory and credentials" screen,
I enter the full path of the inventory directory which is "/opt/oracle/oraInventory", with the o/s group name being "oinstall".
When I click next I get the following error:
"OUI-10118: opt/oracle/database/install/..stage/products.xml is either a directory or a corrupt file. Specify a valid filename."
Please help me in this issue |

In my system the installable images in on another directory .
Even i tried with instalabbles in opt/..//... and somother dir also
same error i am getting
