NO, Unless you download the kernel (from www.kernel.org), and customize it to read ntfs file system.

or any v2.6.
for how to configure it, search in the internet for compiling the linux kernel, i have hard copy of doing that not soft copy.
but remember if you configure the linux kernel to read ntfs file system, it will not be supported.
