 Hi All,
We have added around 250 new users in our production database and now I am observing various performance problems. Especially DB Hit Ratio is very low 80%. It was around 95% before and now it going down and down.

Can you please suggest any performance improvement related tip?

Thanks.

I think 80% DB ratio is not bad. You can increase the number of db block buffers if you are really concern with this. Change it in you init.ora file.
Tony.
