 Hi,

I have installed Oracle 10g RAC on my PC and using ASM for storage.(ASM on my PC).
No I want to implement RAC on my PC too. As I am using ASM , is this possible to implement RAC without using additional PC, Shared storage and vmware.

Please guide me.

Regards,

Neeraj

You can use vmware to setup RAC. Since vmware can share the storage so you should not have problem in creating asm disk.

Let me know how it goes.

I never tried RAC without vmware. I am not sure how would you setup with out having another IP/Host. Anyway, let\'s try to figure it out if there is way to do it.
