Hi,
What is the use of Global Temporary Tables?. When will I need it?. When I can I go for one?.
On searching google, I found that they are related to session and transactions. They are kept used and left out temporarily for a transaction. But I am still unclear about all these. Could someone give an explanation to my better understanding?. |

Shake,
Global Temp Table nothing but the its temp. table which will hold the data temporary during transaction.these table can DELETE OR PRESERVE the rows till transaction complete.
This is especially useful if tow (or more) people want to use the table. If multiple sessions (even in the same schema) use the table at the same time, none will see any of the others' rows.
Global temp.table dose not acquired any space in the schema.
