| why we runing script pupbld.sql after connecting to system user way not sys or any other user ? |

The process owner use SYSTEM account only. For the list of objects that
are created in the SYSTEM schema only.

Hi,
The user system might also want to run ?/sqlplus/admin/pupbld.sql. pupbld.sql creates a table that allows to block someone from using sql plus.
SQL> connect system/manager
SQL> @?/sqlplus/admin/pupbld

Hi,
PUPBLD.sql
said script creates user's basic login profile's tables. Which need to access whenever user's login.
