I have the following fields in one table
receipt_start_date , receipt_end_date, eff_start_date, eff_end_date
eff_start_date eff_end_date receipt_start_date receipt_end_date
9/7/2006 10/31/2006 9/7/2006 2/31/2999
11/1/2006 12/31/2999 9/7/2006 12/31/2999
9/7/2004 9/7/2005 9/7/2004 12/31/2999
9/6/2005 12/31/2006 9/7/2004 12/31/2999
9/8/2005 12/31/2999 9/7/2004 12/31/2999
For Each receipt_start_date , receipt_end_date have the eff_start_date and eff_end_date
See the Second Set
Second row eff_start_date always greater than the First row eff_end_date (and must be successive of next date (next date of eff_end_date of first row) like first set)
I have to find out these cases
I tried for these cases I couldn’t get the proper query . please help me out.
Is it possible through query or we have to write the procedure
