ora-01031 insufficient privilege while connecting through sys....
the main problem is i dont hav any other user with sysdba privilage to grant any privilage..any solutions |

what is OS?
Are you trying to connect from host where db reside or from client?

check if you can create an operating system user and grant sysdba privilege to him.
