The DBA issues this SQL command:
CREATE USER scott
IDENTIFIES by tiger;
What privileges does the user Scott have at this point?
A. No privileges.
B. Only the SELECT privilege.
C. Only the CONNECT privilege.
D. All the privileges of a default user.
