Hi everybody,
I'm Sri Vijay and I've signed up today. It is very interesting site. Thanks to everybody....I've recently finished some course work in oracle DBA and also wanted to make this field as my career. I wish I get to know and learn more from this site too apart from my own preparation.
Anyway, I'm planning to give OCA certification exam sometime. Can anyone tell me if I've to take the 9i-OCA or 10g-OCA?? I personally think 10g would be better. What do u all say?? Let me know....
Thank You,
Sri

if ur well prepared in 9i then go for it and if u have a plan for dba track u can easily upgrade urself to 10g.
otherwise u can go for 10g.
with regards
jayanta

Hi Sri,
I feel that 9i is the basic step and once you have full knolwedge about this, then you can upgrade it 10g. My suggestion is to take 9i 1st ans then 10g.
