Dear Friends & all Sr.DBAs'
With reference of the above subject.I am create one trigger(after logon on database) trigger having following condition.
if username='SCOTT' and upper(program) like'SQL%' then
Raise_application_error(-20001,'some message');
end if;
Trigger created succefully but after that i am also unable to connect to data base with all the users including (SYS,system)
so how it will be rectified plz help me immediatly

first try to disable the written trigger by applying "double dash" before the code starts.i.e --create or....
now you will be able to connect to your database.then find solution of your main query.
