Hi Dear,
I installed it around 8 times but never went through those many cd's. We are having 4 cd's where whole Oracle Stack will come in that. Assume that all the pre-requisite packages are installed in the OS. These varies depending on the flavour of Linux (RHEL 3.0, RHEL 4.0). So provide me the details of OS to list down the packages. After making sure you have to set the kernel parameters and some other blah..blah...then u will keep the 1st CD where u select to install Oracle Database 10g. After successful completion of this, you will install Oracle Application Server. All this process will take around 30mins if its a 2 GB RAM....so provide me the details of OS to proceed further.
