How can I invoke iSQL*Plus at my client machine. I have Oracle9i Database on Unix server.

Just recall the OHS (Oracle HTTP Server) port number you have given at the time of installation.
You can access it using:
http://host:port
by default it may be 7778 or 4443 (not sure in your case)
jst try making entry in the hosts file.
otherwise, you have to continue with the numeric IP in the place of host.

This didn't solve the problem. Please elaborate. Do I need to set some parameters on client or server. How can I find address of Oracle HTTP server.
