are both 1z0-147 and 1z0-007 compulsary for OCP developer track.
or is 1z0-007 and then 1z0-141 enough to become and OCP .

Yes
1Z0-007 & 1Z0-147 compulsary for getting OCA (Oracle Certified Associate).
After finishing OCA then you have to write 1Z0-141 for getting OCP.
