As Jayanta said, you can re-create control files if you have all your data files and archive log files. You will also need online redo log files to recover database.
Thanks,

can u tell us about your database version, backup strategy and operating system type?
if this is a general question you will be able to recreate your controlfile from a backup to trace file

Hi all,
I have one question,
since he lost all the control files , he can't use the
alter database backup controlfile to ['filename' | trace] command.
are you people suggesting him to take the control file backup from similiar Database and then edit it as per his Database ??
- Sri.
