hi,
you have not given clear view of your trainig dept(which type of trainig is there).any way bkz you have a good degree for it field so you can join
any course of your interest.you can do ocp in dba track.or simply come in oracle field and then try to clear the papers of ocp.this will give you that value which your degree is waiting for.
thanks & regards
Rupesh.

dont worry! learn oracle 10g, and arrange ur self for some hands on course.
make clear conception on the subjects, then write all the papers, and will become ocp.
but before that, u have to decide to which track to go: dba/developer.
as my opinion goes, it is better for the fresher to go for the developer track then after getting experience one can shift to dba track.
cheers!

Hi,
You can go for DBA as you have very good qualifications and also your
teaching experince will pay you if you start teaching oracle in either of the track (DBA or Developer).
If you want to know more write me mail at jatinder_kumar3@rediffmail.com
