Hello All,
I was asked this question in an interview, can somebody help me in this.
Say, my database size is 80 Gb. What would be SGA,shared pool, log buffer , Database buffer cache sizes.
And what would be the frequency of log switches .
Waiting for ur ans plz.

Hi Raj,
All the parameters you mention is not related with the database size, but it is related with the number of transaction done in your database.
The log switch frequency also depends on the number of transaction on your database and the size of the log files.
