i want to make a table of some products they r of many types ,and types of many kind of rate.how to make this kind of a single table.

You can use nested tables.
or simply create three tables one for products, other for product type and the third for product rates and create parent child relation between them.
if u r a fresher second method is easier, otherwise first one can be used.
