Dear,
I need fast help and reply, but plz take a minut to read this.
I am oracle developer, working in my company since 10 years,
I have very good knowledge in oracle DB, we have version 9i of oracle DB in my company,
and we have *outsource DBA, the problem that thier is
a new manager assigned to IT dept, and this guy basicly is mechanic engineer, actually we are suffering with that manager.
and there some hidden strong relation between this DBA and the new manager,
the manager starting assign every thing to him (DBA), and that DBA become noe as DBA only, actually he becomes every thing,
then the DBA starting controlling the old stuff in the company and I am one of them,how..
what ever good chances to add it to our experiance, the manager will give to that DBA, the manager prefer him to do any thing front the head managment and so on, also that DBA if he wants any thing easily can do it by order it from IT manager.
while that outsource (not employee in our compny) DBA should always sitting in his seat monitoring the database only,
in another words that DBA getting all benefits while he is not part of our company,
So, me and other stuff start thinking in bad way at least to keep that DBA in his seat or leave the company(basicly we will feel sad because he is already not part of our company), but beleive me that they forced us to think like that and we are not like that,
I have access to our datbase as DBA privilage and I know the password of the user "system",
How can I make some thing that not impact on our database and he can not catch who did this and this will let him always sitting in his seat.
plz advice me regarding this and if you have any quesion plz this my mail

Hi YSP,
I given below my suggestion:
1. If you are not satisfy your job then search better opportunity.
2. You are old employee. dont loose your goodwill whatever they are getting dont think so.Whatever you are doing that is main thing.
Maximum company have so much faith of his employee. Due to faith company is getting more profit. You have to do your responsibilty 100%
3.Dont do any mistake for your database.

Dear,
Thank you for the reply, but may be I am not that much in english language, the misunderstanding could be happend between us, actually, we like the owner of this company, and this company as second home for us, but and beleive me, if I am that bad guy, never I will not aske help for this, but when you answer me I hope that to put your self in my place.
and if what is happening with not only with me, it is happening with all other staff, and all of us we desided to sit and discuss the matter and see what we can do regarding this issue, and because we like the owner and this our second home we need a solution.
but and in the end Thank you, because any one in life needs some times people to remind them to correct way.
and if you have any suggestion please tell me.
