| what are the common issues (means problems) we face working with production database and development team (development database). |

Hi dd,
In Producttion server env, you have to take care so may things like:----
1. Database performance.
2. Database size(Growing)
3. Memory
4. Backup
in any condtion you must save your Production data.
5. OS and Network performance
In developent database:
database Size
database object structure
depend on type of application
