Hi Sudheer,
Oracle recommends using Automatic Undo Management (AUM) feature. However, be aware that the Manual undo management is the default.
AUM is controlled by the following parameters:
UNDO_MANAGEMENT : AUTO|MANUAL
UNDO_TABLESPACE
UNDO_RETENTION : default is 900 seconds

undo_management when set to manual demands us to manage undo tablespacesize,set undo_retention parameter.For more details visit:
