You should write 3 exams for Oracle9i Ceritfied Application Developer Professional,
1) 1Z0-007 Introduction to Oracle9i: SQL or 1Z0-001 Introduction to Oracle: SQL and PL/SQL
2) 1Z0-147 Oracle: Program with PL/SQL
3) 1Z0-141 Oracle 9i Forms Developer: Build Internet Applications
For Certified Associate you have to complete first two papers
