i have migrated system tablespace from dictionary to local but now i want
to migrate local to dictionary |

It is not possible to convert the non system tablespace from locally to dictionary if the system tablespace is locally.
It is possible to convert the non system tablespace from locally to dictionary or from dictiomnary to locally if the system tablespace is dictionary.
