Good to all,

I have a consultation as for the RAC.
The version that we have in the RAC is 9.2.0.6 o'clock and we have an application that through of METALINK resuleve a problem that you/they have ascending at 9.2.0.8. My question is you the RAC can ascend from 9.2.0.6 to 9.2.0.8 without stopping the databases or although it is RAC it is necessary to stop in an imperative way the RAC to apply the ascent.
Greetings,

 Murtuja

If I have understood your question correctly,You are asking about applying Patch.

In RAC Environment you can apply patch in a rolling manner. So no need of downtime.
