I have seen this in my Oracle database. Actually our DBA has asked us to change the password once otherwise account will get locked as this account is getting locked very frquently due to weak password. I hope I am clear to you.
He cited the reason for frequent password lock is weak password. and for that remedy is change the password asap.
I don't understand this weak password stuff.
If not then feel free to ask me more on this.
